The mini kondor (PATENTED) is a small, palm-sized, hardened steel truffle rasp used for trimming white truffles, as well as black, scorzone, and bianchetto truffles. It works with scalpel-like precision in tight spaces. The special grip adapts to any hand size. The fluorescent yellow color ensures high visibility so you don’t lose it. The serrated edges, which won’t cut your hands, are used to make room for breaking up clods of earth. A large hole in the handle allows it to be attached to a strap.

Fluorescent yellow, non-slip rubber-coated handle.
